Who this app is for

PhaseLink is an internal workforce app for Tri-Phase Commercial Construction employees and administrators. Accounts are created by Tri-Phase; there is no public sign-up. Tri-Phase does not show ads, does not sell personal information, and does not share it for advertising or tracking.

Information we collect

• Account info: Name, work email, role (employee or admin), password (stored hashed by our hosting provider; never visible to us). Why: Sign-in and identifying who submitted records.

• Work hours: Daily hours by job, notes, submission and edit history. Why: Payroll and job costing.

• Time off (PTO): Request dates, type, notes, approval status. Why: Scheduling and payroll.

• Schedule: Which jobs and crews you are scheduled on. Why: Crew scheduling.

• Company vehicles (only if one is assigned to you): Odometer/mileage entries, oil changes, maintenance requests, vehicle registration and insurance documents. Why: Fleet upkeep and mileage records.

• Photos: Job site photos and photos attached to daily logs that you choose to take or upload. Why: Job documentation.

• Daily logs: Job, date, weather, crew and hours, subcontractors, deliveries, remarks. Why: Job documentation. 

• Push notification token (if you allow notifications): A device token from Apple/Google. Why: Sending schedule and work notifications.

We do not collect your location, contacts, browsing history, health data, or advertising identifiers.

Face ID / fingerprint: Biometric sign-in is handled entirely by your device's operating system. PhaseLink never receives or stores your face or fingerprint data; it only learns whether the check succeeded.

Camera and photo library: Accessed only when you tap to take or pick a photo. Only the photos you select are uploaded.

Where information is stored and who processes it

• Supabase (database, authentication and server functions) hosts account and work records.

• Dropbox (Tri-Phase's company account) stores job photos, daily log PDFs and company reports. Only Tri-Phase administrators have access.

• Open-Meteo weather service: to fill in daily log weather, the app sends a job site's location (derived from the job address) — not your personal location or identity.

• Apple / Google push services deliver notifications.

• Email (Tri-Phase's email provider) may send automatic PTO and maintenance notices to administrators.

These providers process data only to run the app for Tri-Phase.

Who can see your information

Tri-Phase administrators (e.g., management, payroll) can see work records you submit. Other employees see only what is needed for scheduling (e.g., crew names on a job).

Retention

Records are kept as long as needed for payroll, tax, job documentation and legal purposes, or as required by law. When your employment ends, your sign-in is disabled; business records may be retained.

Your choices and rights

You can turn off notifications, camera, photo or Face ID access at any time in your device Settings. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, contact nick@triphasecc.com. Some records may need to be kept for legal or payroll reasons.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is restricted by account role.

Children

PhaseLink is intended for employees age 18 and older and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change when we do.
